Quality and sustainability of Joolz Day products are paramount to us. The same goes for the safety and wellbeing of our customers. Joolz Day complies with all safety standards in all countries which sell the products.
A two years warranty period applies to all Joolz products, starting on the purchase date. In the event where your product is faulty due to manufacturing faults, the Joolz team will work together with the retailer to provide you with the best possible service.
Joolz will service your product if you can supply us with the following:
1) a completely and correctly filled in warranty card;
2) a copy of the purchase receipt;
3) a detailed description of the defect.
You will find an online warranty card under the registration button on this page. Please complete this card and submit it digitally. Fill in the serial number, which you will find on a transparent sticker on the thick aluminum tube between the rear wheels of the pushchair.
